Adam Kerdani founded Accendev Partners to acquire and steward mission-critical businesses where continuity, judgment, and trust matter after closing. His approach is shaped by three disciplines: military leadership, capital judgment, and governance-level accountability.
He served for fifteen years as a commissioned officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, first as a Naval Warfare Officer and later as an Army Intelligence Officer, including operational deployments and a Chief of the Defence Staff Commendation for leadership in a complex multinational environment. That experience shaped how he thinks about risk, intent, delegation, and performance under uncertainty.
Before and between periods of military service, Adam built a grounding in corporate finance, capital markets, commercial real estate, and board-level governance. He serves as Treasurer of the Veteran Business Network Institute and on the Finance Committee of the Rideau Club in Ottawa. He holds an MBA with Great Distinction from HEC Montréal and has completed executive programs at Oxford Saïd and NYU Stern.
