Adam Kerdani
Adam Kerdani is the Founding Principal of Accendev and a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders and executives navigating transition, growth, or complexity. His mission is to unlock potential in people and businesses—with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
Adam brings over 25 years of global experience across military leadership, business advisory, and capital markets. He blends strategic insight, operational discipline, and entrepreneurial creativity in every engagement.
He holds an MBA with Great Distinction from HEC Montréal and has completed executive programs at NYU Stern and Oxford Saïd. He speaks English and French fluently, and conversational Arabic and Italian.
