Adam Kerdani founded Accendev with the purpose of partnering with business owners to take their life's work and make it great. With over 20 years of global leadership, strategy, and finance experience, Adam knows that business is about much more than numbers and transactions – it’s about how well you serve needs, solve problems that make a difference, and make people better off.

Adam has supported multiple small- and medium-sized businesses, multinational corporations, and public sector bodies in achieving breakthrough results with pragmatic business exit, advisory, and turnaround solutions. His client work spans from restructuring a family-owned chain of movie theatres in the US to developing a foreign market entry strategy for one of the largest global electronics manufacturers. In addition, Adam deployed on high-risk counter-illicit trafficking and counter-terrorism capacity building operations as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and was awarded the Chief of the Defence Staff Commendation.

Adam holds an MBA with Great Distinction in Strategy and Finance from HEC Montreal and earned the Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Management Accountants. He completed the Private Markets Investments Programme at the Oxford Saïd Business School and the Advanced Valuation Executive Programme at the NYU Stern School of Business. His language skills include fluent French and intermediate Italian.
