ASSESS
We begin with a conversation to determine what a business owner wants to achieve, ask questions, and listen to see how we can support. If we find that we are in alignment, we’ll ask for the last three years of accounts and start preparing a valuation assessment.
We typically work with businesses that meet our criteria.
ARRANGE
Every situation is unique. We strive to find the best solution for the business owners, founders, management teams, and employees involved. We'll work with the owner(s) to develop a winning structure for purchasing or investing in the business. When an agreement is reached, we'll begin planning to ensure a smooth transition.
ACQUIRE
Our collaborative and flexible deal-making process makes it easier for business owners to transact and transition.
We will not:
- Break your company down like an old car and sell it for parts
- Layoff dozens of your employees
- Change the name of your company, unless you want us to
ALIGN
We support the company’s team by clarifying the strategic direction and priorities, addressing any pain points, improving incentives, and building on the company's legacy and success.
